Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Auto Damage Claim Representative in Georgia. You will handle auto damage claims, from first notice to settlement, and provide clear explanations of coverage while investigating claims to ensure accurate payments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), 1 year of auto claim handling experience (or completion of Travelers training), an active adjuster license where applicable, and strong MS Office and claims systems skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year auto claim handling experience or completion of Travelers training.
• Active adjuster license where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from notice to settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and liability.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities.
• Investigate claims and document findings in the system.
• Draft settlement communications within authority.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders clearly.
