Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years auto claim handling experience.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and liability, negotiating settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings thoroughly in the claims system and maintain records.
• Determine settlements based on appraisal estimates and communicate decisions to insureds/claimants.
