Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support vehicle repair operations. You will schedule appointments, process insurance documents, and prepare repair orders, while ensuring accurate data in CCC One and ARMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS daily to reflect vehicles in CCC One when needed.
