Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Crystal City, MO, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling repairs, obtaining authorizations, preparing repair order packets, recording communications in CCC One, and coordinating rental car information. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Auto body or related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repair appointments using CCC One.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS and ensure data parity with CCC One.
