Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate repair estimates and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements to drive customer satisfaction and KPI outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering a smooth customer experience, detailed documentation, and collaboration with the management team to meet repair goals and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto insurance repair coordination.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and update details accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support other team members.
• Maintain the shop's KPIs by maximizing performance and meeting targets.
