Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Estimator for our Oklahoma City collision center. You will inspect damaged vehicles, identify required repairs, and prepare precise estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or similar estimating systems.

You will explain repairs and costs to customers, coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and insurance representatives, and ensure all documents meet company and insurance guidelines. On-site work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive collision repair estimating.
• Vehicle damage assessment experience.
• Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, or similar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of automotive repair methods, parts, and materials.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: collision center, dealership, or insurance claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and identify required repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating systems.
