Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations across the U.S. We educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and safety, while delivering thorough estimates and maintaining strict quality standards throughout each repair.

Our team keeps customers informed at every step, collaborates with body technicians on data procedures, and handles pre-close tasks to ensure carrier requirements are met. Compensation reflects market ranges and incentives.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status to ensure the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address exceptions to fulfill carrier requirements.
