Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Perry, GA seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role ensures clear communication and adherence to repair processes to meet facility KPIs.

The Estimator will document all interactions, guide customers through the repair journey, and collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
