Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, and works with the team to meet repair KPIs. Knowledge of DRP processes and I-CAR training encouraged; a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.

Skills
