Gerber Collision & Glass in Georgia is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repair needs through the repair process. The Estimator assesses damage, documents required repairs and parts, and communicates with customers and insurance companies to align with the shop's KPIs.

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1-year experience and DRP familiarity.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and hold a valid license.

Responsabilidades

• Document each customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide timely, accurate repair guidance and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way standards for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support team and participate in safety and staff meetings as needed.
• Achieve store KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity & respect.
