Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will document repairs, guide clients through the repair process, participate in daily production walks, and help the shop meet KPI targets while upholding WOW standards and core values.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance for DRP's; 1-year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training

Mansioni

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details
• Provide customer with accurate information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Way standards for customer drop-offs and repair planning
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance
• Uphold company core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect
