Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an experienced Estimator to assess vehicle damage, generate accurate repair estimates and coordinate with customers and insurers through the repair process. You will document findings and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, knowledge of collision repairs, and a customer‑centric mindset. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Competenze

• CCC1 Estimating System experience required.
• Knowledge of collision repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.

Mansioni

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Complete training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
