Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document damage, determine parts and repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include updating customers, following insurance processes, participating in daily production walks, and maintaining DRP compliance. I-CAR training willingness is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• DRP compliance experience (minimum 1 year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repairs.
• Document customer interactions and communicate with insurance companies throughout the process.
• Contribute to daily production walks with the management team.
• Ensure compliance with DRP and WOW Operating Ways.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely, accurate information.
