Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The Estimator documents damage, scopes repairs, and communicates progress to ensure KPIs are met.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with I-CAR training encouraged and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly
• Provide customers with clear information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with team and customers
• Participate in daily production walks with management and staff
• Support team members as needed and participate in health and safety meetings

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer Skills
