Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document communications with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team to meet KPIs and production goals.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Support team members and participate in safety and staff meetings.
