Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs in collaboration with customers and insurance providers. The role supports the repair facility’s KPIs and requires clear communication across teams.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of repairs, DRP processes, and the ability to use basic computer tools, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines are preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP compliance experience is beneficial.
• I-CAR training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and assist team members as needed.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.
