Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs in partnership with insurance providers. You will document all interactions, update customers and insurers, and work with the management team to meet the facility's KPIs while upholding the company's core values of honesty, integrity and respect.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of repairs and OE

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Support daily production walks and team needs to meet KPIs.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way and company core values.
