Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Birmingham, AL. You will manage customer and insurance relationships, schedule repairs, and ensure proper documentation in CCC One, while coordinating rental information and ARMS data.

We seek a detail-oriented team player with at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in auto body. The position offers full-time hours and a strong benefits package, including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Experience in auto body or similar environment with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments for vehicle repair.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair orders and records in CCC One.
• Manage communication with customers and insurance partners.
• Update rental car information and ARMS/CCC One data.
