Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers and insurers. You will manage appointments, insurance authorizations, and repair documentation while maintaining accurate records in CCC One and ARMS.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in an administrative/customer-service setting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced auto collision environment. Full-time, on-site position with company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year admin experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; sales mindset a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and related scripts.
• Obtain repair authorizations and necessary insurance documents for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS alongside CCC One to track rental information and vehicle status.
