Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners and to support the Repair Facility Team with essential administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment, and using CCC One and ARMS systems to track communications, rentals, and repair orders. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body environment with customer service exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Obtain repair authorization documents to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts, and rental indicators.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental information in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to track rental vehicles.
