Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Newnan, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repairs. You will handle scheduling, communications with customers and insurers, and admin tasks within the Repair Facility Team using CCC One.

Required: high school diploma and at least 1 year in a similar role; preferred: auto body or related customer service experience. Join a WOW culture with room to grow and impact the customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: customer service experience in auto/body environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair order packets with QC checklist, parts list and rental indicators (R/NR/G).
• Record all communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
