Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies. You will provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team and schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Responsibilities include preparing RO work packets, recording all communications, updating rental information, and monitoring ARMS and CCC One systems to keep

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Coordinate with Repair Facility Team and support administrative duties.
• Schedule appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Prepare repair order work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners and manage rental info in CCC One.
