Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service while coordinating with customers, insurers, and repair teams. You will handle scheduling, documentation, and data entry to streamline the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar work environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and other scripts.
• Obtain insurance assignments and repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklists, work orders, parts lists and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS system and ensure it is reflected in CCC One.
