Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience, manage customer relationships with insurers, and support the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in a similar admin role, and preferably 1 year in auto body with customer service. Proficiency with CCC One, ARMS, and daily planning is a plus. On-site position with hourly pay in a collaborative shop setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepares RO (repair order) work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appear in ARMS are noted in CCC One.
