Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced auto collision environment. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers, supporting the Repair Facility Team with essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, handling insurance authorizations, preparing RO packets, and logging communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative assistant or equivalent).
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar work environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Log all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage data.
• Monitor ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are tracked in CCC One.
