Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Largo, FL service center. You will greet customers, determine needs, assist estimators with car drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation while ensuring smooth communication with customers and partners.

You must follow SOPs and industry guidelines. We emphasize world-class customer service, teamwork, and a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.
