Caliber Collision Bradenton is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance for efficient repairs. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork, while coordinating transportation and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to perform physical activity—lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and squatting
• Passion for learning the collision industry
• Able to understand instructions (written and verbal)
• Can prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable, friendly "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure correct and efficient repairs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth operation
