Gerber Collision & Glass in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers. You will support the Repair Facility Team with administrative duties, scheduling, and documentation throughout the repair process.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year in a similar role, and strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Customer service experience in auto body or related env is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments using CCC One and daily demand capacity planning.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure rentals are tracked in CCC One.
