Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
• Experience in auto body setting and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments with CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Document all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental information and manage ARMS/CCC One data daily.
• Coordinate rental details and track documentation.
