Job summary

Caliber Collision's Fredericksburg service center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver exceptional service, manage center workload, and coordinate Rental Car partners for one-stop assistance.

You will learn insurance authorization and billing requirements, work across multiple software systems, and help maintain a friendly, collaborative environment while supporting a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver extraordinary service.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
