Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at the Service Center Round Rock - Commerce. You will greet customers, deliver extraordinary service, monitor center work volume, and help coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to ensure one-stop care.

You will work with internal and external customers, using multiple software systems and Microsoft Office, while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused, friendly service to internal and external customers
• Able to work collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests as needed
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop service to all customers
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes
