Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. This role involves coordinating with customers and insurance, using CCC One for scheduling and documentation, and ensuring accurate records and rental coordination.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in a similar role, and prior auto body or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and scripting.
• Obtain repair authorizations and prepare repair order work packets.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental information and manage ARMS daily.
