Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coordinate with insurance partners throughout the repair process.

You will manage appointment scheduling, documentation, and communication, ensuring accurate data in CCC One and ARMS systems. The role requires strong organization, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a similar admin role preferred.
• Experience in auto collision environment a plus.

Aufgaben

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily to align with CCC One entries.
