Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scheduling tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS postings and ensure consistency with CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage data.
