Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Clinton, MD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurers while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs using CCC One, obtain authorizations, prepare RO packets, and keep precise notes in CCC One. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and daily demand capacity tools with proper scripting.
• Obtain repair authorizations and necessary documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list and rental status.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm car rental info and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to align with CCC One records.
