Job summary

Auto Collision Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep (CSR) to be the first and last point of contact for customers. You will greet customers, verify repair authorizations, and manage files while coordinating with insurance companies and rental vendors.

Strong communication and organization are essential in this role. Daily tasks include updating customers on repair status, handling payments, and maintaining an orderly office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Computer skills: Basic knowledge Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
• Secure repair authorizations for customer vehicle repair.
• Create and maintain customer files and update information.
• Handle insurance claims clerical tasks and supplements.
• Open repair orders in estimating system and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Update customers on vehicle status several times a week and document notes.
