CSN Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers during vehicle repairs in Schaumburg, IL. You will coordinate communication with insurance companies, schedule repairs, process payments, and keep customers updated.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work with internal teams and vendor partners while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive or collision repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling and claims management tools.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain positive rapport throughout the repair process.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate repair appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups efficiently.
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage, deductibles, and process claims.
• Manage rental car arrangements, including scheduling and returns.
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Update customers regularly on the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain organized documentation and update relevant management systems.
