Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Verona, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences for repair and insurance coordination. You will manage appointments, document communications, and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative duties.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, at least 1 year in a related role, and excels in fast-paced environments with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair order packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental information and track ARMS entries.
