You will guide insureds through the claims process, handle data with care, and work across teams to resolve auto claims efficiently. Start date: January 11, 2027.

• Proficient in utilizing multiple systems during virtual training and claims handling.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1–3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Engage customers who have been in an accident and provide empathetic support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage moving parts of a claim.
• Complete assessments and utilize resources to resolve claims efficiently.
