You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, using strong organizational and time-management skills to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll work in a high-volume, customer‑centric environment, interact with customers after accidents, and support a team that values integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Engaging, outgoing personality with passion for helping customers.
• Ability to think critically and use resources in virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multi-tasking in a paperless environment.
• Ability to use multiple systems during virtual training and processing claims.
• General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred or 1–3 years of related customer service experience.
• US-based employees only.
