Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative in Westborough, MA, with no prior claims experience required. Paid training and licensing are included. You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process, delivering empathetic service in a fast-paced environment.

In-person days are expected with training during the first months. You should be a proactive, customer-focused individual able to communicate clearly and manage multiple systems while handling claims.

Qualifications

• Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
• Able to think critically and use resources in virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training to handle claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Only open to US based employees.

Responsabilités

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Engage customers who have just been in an accident and provide service.
• Participate in an assessment as part of the application process (approx. 35 minutes).
