Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Auto Claims Representative in Westborough, MA. No prior claims experience is required; paid training and licensing are included.

The role is hybrid, with minimum 2 days in the office each month and additional in-person training during the first six months. You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process, from start to finish, using strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
