Travelers is seeking a Claim Rep responsible for managing, evaluating and processing auto claims with accuracy and empathy. You will work closely with insureds to resolve claims promptly, while upholding professional standards and company policies.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation, collaboration with investigators and legal teams, and delivering a positive experience to insureds and claimants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three years of experience in insurance claims, preferably Auto claims.
• Experience with claims management and software systems.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and policy language.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex claims and negotiate settlements.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality claim handling of Auto claims including contacts, coverage evaluation, investigation, reserving and settlement.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Determine claim eligibility, coverage, liability and settlement amounts.
• Ensure complete documentation of claim files and transactions; identify potential fraud or complex claims for investigation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as investigators, legal and customer service as needed.
