Job summary

You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. As part of onboarding, you will complete in-office and remote training, with start date January 11, 2027, and a requirement to live within 50 miles of the office.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured, paperless environment.
• Ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• Understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Engage with customers who have just been in an accident and provide assistance.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts and maintain strong organization throughout claims.
