Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Investigate non-injury first-party physical damage claims and verify coverage.
• Evaluate claims to determine settlement values per standards and regulations.
• Handle low-complexity claims and related documentation.
• Verify estimate channel, rental eligibility, and payment requirements.
• Process payments and correspondence in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the claims process.
• Provide proactive, transparent communication to customers and involved parties.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution.
