Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and claims systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training on policies, claims processes, and systems.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders and claimants to verify facts of loss.
• Assess coverage and bring claim to resolution with accurate payment in a timely manner.
• Communicate and apprise all parties regarding claim status.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
• Adapt to technology upgrades and AI tools while maintaining productivity.
• Acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
