You'll guide insureds through the auto claims process, engaging customers with empathy and problem-solving in a high-volume environment. You will work from a Liberty Mutual office within 50 miles of Westborough and participate in in-person training during the initial months.

• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multi-tasking in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Only open to US based employees.
