Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training covering policies, claim processes, systems and procedures.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability and pursue timely resolution of claims.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders and claimants to verify facts of loss.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems.
• Communicate status to all parties and adapt to new technology and AI tools as they’re rolled out.
