Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or insurance.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering policies, claim processes, systems and procedures.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability and investigate by gathering information from involved parties.
• Bring claims to resolution with timely, accurate payments and communicate status to all parties.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems and adapt to system upgrades.
