The Travelers Indemnity Company in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Auto Express. This 8-12 month program provides comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while you work alongside experienced professionals.

Upon completion, you will be prepared to handle personal auto and property claims with increasing independence. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred/required for consideration.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn claims systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability and verify facts of loss.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders and claimants.
• Assess coverage and bring claims to resolution with timely payments.
• Communicate claim status and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Adapt to new technology and claims management tools.
